This is an easy task - said no one ever! What we need is an organizational approach to building and sustaining a healthy culture and a civil workplace so she’s going to talk about the foundation of building a civil workplace. Why? Because work place civility matters and the idea of recognizing workplace civility as a core value is especially important particularly during this current climate.
