MG Antonio Taguba, U.S. Army (Ret.)

Chairman 

MG Tony Taguba retired on 1 January 2007 having served 34 years on Active Duty. He is President, TDLS Consulting LLC, which provides business consulting services to small companies – disabled veteran owned and economically disadvantaged.  He is the Chairman, Pan Pacific American Leaders and Mentors (PPALM), a national, all volunteer, nonprofit, 501(c)3 tax exempt organization committed to mentoring and professional development of military and civilian leaders.  He served as Vice President for Army Account, SERCO Inc., a leading global services company from July 2007 to Nov 2008.  As a community service advocate, he provides assistance to Veterans with their benefits issues, help raise funds for college scholarships, and as a volunteer to the United Services Organization (USO).

Born in Manila, Philippines on October 31, 1950, Major General Taguba was commissioned as an Armor officer following his graduation from Idaho State University in 1972. He served in numerous command and staff positions from platoon to General Officer level.  His service tours included assignments in the United States, South Korea, Germany, and Kuwait forward deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Selected for Brigadier General in 1997, he served as Chief of Staff, US Army Reserve Command, as Assistant Division Commander, 24th Infantry Division (Mechanized),  and as Commanding General, US Army Community and Family Support Command.  Major General Taguba was then assigned as Vice Director, later as Acting Director of the Army Staff, Pentagon—responsible for directing and coordinating the staff actions of the Army’s Executive Offices and Senior Staff directorates within Department of the Army, Department of Defense, Congress, and Interagency elements.

During Operation Iraqi Freedom, he was assigned as Deputy Commanding General for Support, Coalition Forces Land Component Command (CFLCC)/ARCENT/Third US Army, forward deployed to Kuwait.  He was responsible for overseeing the logistical and support services to US and Coalition Forces totaling over 150,000 troops conducting combat operations in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan.  His duty included coordination of host nation support from the Government of Kuwait, and security cooperation and training requirements with Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, and Qatar.

Upon his redeployment, he was assigned as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs (Readiness, Training and Mobilization), Office of the Secretary of Defense, Pentagon.  He was later assigned as Deputy Commanding General for Transformation, U.S. Army Reserve Command in his final assignment on active duty.

His numerous military awards include the Army Distinguished Service Medal (2 awards), the Legion of Merit (4 awards), the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (6 awards), the Office of the Secretary of Defense Identification Badge, and the Army Staff Identification Badge.

He received an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Humane Letters from the University of San Francisco on May 17, 2008.  He was appointed a Senior Fellow to New Westminster College, British Columbia, Canada on June 21, 2013.

He is a graduate of Idaho State University with a BA Degree in History, Webster University with a MA Degree in Public Administration, Salve Regina University with a MA Degree in International Relations, US College of Naval Command and Staff with a MA Degree in National Security & Strategic Studies, US Army Command and General Staff College, and US Army War College.

He is married to Debra Ann Taguba.  They are proud parents of two adult children-Lindsay, the Central Services Director of Newspring Church in South Carolina, and Sean, a US Army Captain who has deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan.

COL Christine V. Enriquez, U.S. Army 

Executive Director 


Colonel Christine V. Enriquez is a U.S. Army Adjutant General Corps Officer with

over 30 years of service. She currently serves as a Presiding Officer, Army Discharge

Review Boards, for the Army Review Board Agency (ARBA), Pentagon, Washington

DC. She previously served as the Director of Human Resources (HR) for the Defense

Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Fort Belvoir, VA. As an HR senior leader, Colonel

Enriquez ensures her HR directorates collaborate to acquire, develop and sustain a

highly competitive and diverse workforce that possess the critical skillsets that support

the mission, vision and values of the organization. Her areas of expertise include

Military HR management, Civilian Personnel Management, Leadership and Professional

Development, and Hiring and Recruitment.


Her notable assignments include the Chief, Force Sustainment Division, US Army

Human Resources Command (HRC); Division G1, 4 th Infantry Division at Fort Carson,

CO; Army Awards and Promotions Policy, ASA (M&RA), Pentagon; Brigade S1 and

Brigade Executive Officer for the 10 th Sustainment Brigade, 10 th Mountain Division, Fort

Drum, NY. She deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom

(OEF) from October 2010 to October 2011.

She earned several awards and decorations during her military service to include the

Defense Superior Service Medal and the Bronze Star Medal. For her distinguished

service to the Adjutant General Corps and contributions to the Human Resources

Community, she received the AGCRA Superior Lifetime Achievement Award.

Colonel Enriquez is married to Jan Roy Enriquez, a former U.S. Army Signal Corps

officer, and they have two children.


Lida Peterson, CPPM, CDMP, CTA

Executive Secretary


Ms. Lida Peterson is the current President of the Connected International Meeting Professionals Association (CIMPA) . Her background includes work in the information technology field as an IT Manager of a Land Development company and as the Senior Network Administrator for the International Monetary Fund. After attending joint Annual Meetings with the World Bank, her interests in events and meeting planning grew to include conferences, meetings, fundraisers, sporting events, and galas. She’s been planning meetings and events for over 15 years working mostly with non-profit organizations.

Ms. Lida Peterson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management as well as the Certified Planner of Professional Meetings (CPPM), Certified Diversity Meeting Professional (CDMP) and Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) designations and has coordinated and managed events in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Morocco, Greece and various locations within the United States.

She is married to Jeff Peterson and have 2 grown daughters.





LTC Armando Generoso, U.S. Army

Vice President of Finance

LTC Armando Generoso currently serves as the Team Lead, Northeast Region, Direct Care Financial Management Division, J8 – Defense Health Agency. He has responsibility and management oversight for the financial planning and analysis of 5 military healthcare markets and 70 military treatment facilities delivering high quality and cost effective healthcare to a beneficiary population of over 700,000 and an average annual operating budget of over $3 billion.

Originally from Manila, Philippines, LTC Generoso was raised in the small town of Pineville, Louisiana to a first generation immigrant family.  He began his military career in 1995 as an active duty combat medic serving with 2nd Platoon, Charlie Company, 1/506th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division at Camp Greaves, Korea then subsequently with 2nd Platoon, Bravo Company, 4th Engineer Battalion, 4th Infantry Division at Ft. Carson, CO.

LTC Generoso earned his Medical Service Corps officer commission through the Army Green to Gold Program in 2004.  His key leadership and staff assignments include: CFO/ Chief of Resource Management Division at Irwin Army Community Hospital, Ft. Riley, KS; Brigade S8/ Health Services Comptroller at 44th Medical Brigade, 18th Airborne Corps, Ft. Bragg, NC;  Deputy Chief of Business Operations, Enhanced Multi-Service Market Office, Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, HI; Project Leader for General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) full implementation at Tripler Army Medical Center and Regional Health Command – Pacific, Honolulu, HI; Company Commander, HHC 18th Medical Deployment Support Command, US Army Pacific, Ft. Shafter, HI; Executive Officer, Charlie Company, 210th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Ft. Drum, NY; and Medical Platoon Leader, HHB 2-15th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Ft. Drum, NY.

He is a graduate of the US Army Medical Department Officer Basic and Advanced Courses; the US Army Command and General Staff College; and the Defense Comptrollership Program. LTC Generoso holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, LA; and a dual Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Masters of Public Administration (MPA) graduate degrees from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY.

LTC Generoso is a Board Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) with the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC).  He holds a graduate certificate in Health Services Management and Policy from Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University and is also a Board Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and Certified Specialist in Business Intelligence (CSBI) currently pursuing Fellowship with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).   

His military awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Combat Medical Badge and Army Staff Identification Badge.

LTC Generoso is married to Ericka R. LaCour from Alexandria, LA and they both have one daughter (Selena) and a son (Diego).



LTC Prospero James Gatus, U.S. Army

Vice President of Membership

LTC Gatus enlisted in the Army in 1998 and served as a Nutrition Care Specialist (68M). He then was accepted into the Green to Gold program where he received his bachelor’s degree and Regular Army commission from Northwestern State University in 2002. He was assessed into the Quartermaster Corps and branch detailed to the Infantry. In 2013, LTC Gatus was awarded his Master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma.

LTC Gatus is a graduate of the Infantry Officer Basic Course, Mechanized Leaders Course, Combined Logistics Captains Career Course, Airborne School, Aerial Delivery Materiel Officer Course, Petroleum and Water Officer Course, Command and General Staff Officer’s Course at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and recently, the Joint Professional Military Education Level II at Norfolk Naval Base, VA.

His previous assignments include Assistant Rear Detachment Commander, Assistant Operations Officer, and Battalion S1 with the 2nd Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, and Maintenance Platoon Leader for Echo Forward Support Company, 204th Support Battalion, 4th Infantry Division. During his tour at Fort Hood, LTC Gatus deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  

After completing CLC3, LTC Gatus was assigned as the Battalion S4 for the 125th Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Armored Division which later re-designated to the 299th Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Infantry Division. While at Fort Riley, LTC Gatus deployed in support of OIF 09-10 and served as the Battalion S4, Battle Captain, and Company Commander. 

Upon completion of command, LTC Gatus was then assigned to the Combined Arms Support Command as a Quartermaster Training Developer for the Professional Military Education Division and the Quartermaster Training Directorate.

After graduating from CGSOC in 2014, LTC Gatus was assigned to the Republic of Germany, and served as the Brigade S4 with 16th Sustainment Brigade, Senior Operations Officer with 21st Theater Sustainment Command, and Support Operations Officer with the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Europe & Africa. While in Europe, LTC Gatus deployed in Latvia in support of Atlantic Resolve and the maturation of the NATO Force Integration Units to deter threats in the region. In February 2019, LTC Gatus was then reassigned to Defense Logistics Agency Energy Headquarters at Fort Belvoir, VA, as a Joint Petroleum Staff Officer. 

LTC Gatus’ awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (w/ 2 OLC), Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal (w/ 3 OLC), Army Achievement Medal, Valorous Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Award, Army Superior Unit Award, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal (w/ 4 Stars), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Army Service Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon (w/ numeral 5), the Airborne Badge, and the Parachute Rigger Badge. 

LTC Gatus is married to the former Ethel Ocampo of Pasay City, Philippines. They have three children, Bianca, 18, Kristen, 11, and Liam, 5 years old respectively. 



Col Mia L. Walsh, U.S. Space Force

Vice President of Mentorship


Col Mia L. Walsh is the Director, Current Operations Division, Headquarters Space Force Staff, Pentagon, Washington D.C. She leads six branches, including the Space Force Service Watch cell, and is responsible for policy, guidance, and oversight of Space Force current operations. 

Col Walsh entered the Air Force in 1998 after receiving her commission through the Reserve Officer Training Program at the University of Hawaii. She is experienced in intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) launch operations as well as space surveillance and completed staff tours at both the MAJCOM and Air Staff. 

Prior to her current position Col Walsh served as the Commander, Space Base Delta 3 (SBD 3), Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, California.  In that position, she led five squadrons and six staff agencies, supporting over 7,000 personnel with $1.3 billion in physical plant assets and managed the annual execution of a $80 million budget Col Walsh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Hawaii, Master of Arts degree in Space Operations from American Military University, Master of Arts degree in Military Operational Art and Science, Air Command and Staff College, and a Master of Science Degree in National Resource Strategy from Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, National Defense University, Fort McNair, DC.


LTC Olivia J.M. Nunn, U.S. Army (Ret.)

Vice President of Communications


Olivia Nunn is an experienced executive director of communications with a demonstrated history of over ten years working in the government relations industry. CEO of Olivia Nunn Communications, Olivia is an experienced change agent leader and speaker who delivers key workforce objectives about Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion. Currently, Olivia is the Executive Director of Work Play Obsession – All In Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to the military community of healing the invisible wounds of trauma. Olivia is also a 2023 U.S. Dept. of Veteran Affairs Women Veteran Trailblazer Awardee. Additionally, Olivia serves as co-host of the Calm In the Storm- the Unexpected Podcast Series and the host of the Military Officer’s Association of America’s Never Stop Serving Podcast Series. Notability, she retired after 20 years of dedicated service in the United States Army as an Army Public Affairs Officer and Soldier for Life Podcast Host.

Olivia Nunn was commissioned as an ROTC Military Graduate through Radford University ROTC program in 2001. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Radford University, Radford, VA, a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Webster University, and a Master of Professional Studies in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University.

LTC Quyen N. Dang, U.S. Army 

Vice President of Strategic Planning

Lieutenant Colonel Quyen “Q” N. Dang is the Deputy Technical Inspector of the U.S. Army Inspector General. LTC Dang is happily married to the former Brittany Mitchel, an educator in Virginia from Orlando, FL. They are the proud parents of four children: two sons and daughters, Gabriel, Mia, Ethan, and Noella. LTC Dang was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the USA in 1992. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, with a degree in International Business and was commissioned via ROTC from Providence College on 16 May 2006 as a Chemical Officer.

LTC Dang’s tactical and leadership positions include Executive Officer for the U.S. Army Africa, High Headquarter, Battalion, Executive Officer for the Brigade Support Battalion, 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), Vicenza, Italy, Commanded the Chemical Detection Detachment, and the Chemical Reconnaissance Detachment assigned to the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), Fort Bragg, NC, and Platoon Leader in the 59thChemical Company, Fort Drum NY.

His operational and strategic assignments include Battalion Chemical Officer for 4-7 Calvary Squadron, 2nd Infantry Division, South Korea, 3rd SFG (A) CBRN Officer/S5, Fort Bragg, NC, Operation Planner for the 173rdInfantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), Vicenza, Italy. His recent assignments was the Military Assistance to the Director, On-Site Inspection and Building Capacity Directorate (O.B.), for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) located on Fort Belvoir, Virginia. His deployments include Operation Iraqi Freedom as the first Hazmat Response Platoon Leader and to the Middle East with the Crises Response Force. LTC Dang has served OCONUS in South Korea and Italy.   LTC Dang’s military education includes the U.S. Army Chemical Basic Officer Leader’s Course, the US Marine Expedition Warfare School Captains Career Course, and the Command and General Staff College. He speaks fluent Vietnamese.


Mr. Juan P. Rodriguez, PMP, ITILv3, SMC

Vice President of Information Management

Juan Rodriguez is an experienced Information Technology Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. Juan has worked with several government organizations as a contractor and is well versed in the software development project life cycle. He is also skilled in computer networking, IT security, team building, and leadership.   

Prior to working in IT service management, Juan served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps where he gained experience as a platoon leader and company operations officer. After leaving the military Juan worked in private security management. He worked closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in managing security operations with organizations such as the International Monetary Fund, Brink’s Armored Trucking, and other private entities. Juan has a bachelor’s degree in criminology from Florida State University and is a native Spanish speaker.  





COL Eric Flowers, U.S. Army (Ret.)

Eric Flowers is visionary leader with over 30 years management and leadership experience in the public, profit, and non-profit sectors.

A retired US Army Strategist with over 29 years of military service (22 from active federal service) and a resume inclusive of formal training and certification in operational planning, public administration, strategic studies, online teaching, and international studies.

Eric has advised and consulted senior civilian and uniformed members of the Department of Defense and has created four non-profit organizations and served as the Executive Director of one of those organizations. He currently serves on three non-profit boards and has held leadership positions on those boards, primarily serving in the capacity of Chief Finance Officer. He holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Georgia State University and a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the US Army War College. His areas of expertise include mentoring, budgeting, fundraising, public speaking, researching, and, program development, monitoring, assessment & evaluation.

Eric is currently a defense contractor and a residential real estate agent and resides in Manassas, VA with his wife and daughter. In addition to his participation with PPALM, he is active in the community through his affiliations with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, The ROCKS, and the Prince William County Community Foundation.
