Building on the sacrifices of the past generations we continue to promote diversity, advancement and retention of all Army leaders - Active, Reserve, National Guard and Reserve.
Profile
Complementing the Army Strong Campaign, PPALM was activated on November 11, 2007 to mentor and counsel US Army officers and civilians to achieve thier career goals. While PPALM's current focus in the US Army, we are expanding to include members of the other uniformed services. Membership is open to Veterans, National Guard, Reserve, Active Duty personnel, and Department of Defense Civilians. It is also open to spouses and supporters of PPALM's goals and objectives.

Forge a strong sense of commitment toward Service to Nation and in answering the Call to Duty.
Assits the US Army in articulating the importance of diversity in the Total force.
Help the Army maintain and grow highly competent leaders.
Provide a venue (counseling, mentoring, networking, fellowship, community relations) in supporting the advancement of Army leaders through professional development and leadership positions.
Provide educational and leadership training opportunities that contributes to professional and personal development.
Promote a synergistic professional learning relationship between the experienced mentor and interest offficer and civilians.
Exchange information/ideas for better awareness of our interests in culture, military service, experience and values.
Recognition of accomplishments, create an environment for professional equal opportunities such as promotion, school selectino and assignments.
